Ruined beer golem

Digital painting challenge during painting hangout - the goal was to paint something based on randomly generated words. "Ruined beer golem" was my top 1 candidate :)

I used the Alchemy tool for creation of the basic form - just to add more randomness :)

It was fun...

This was my pencil sketch in paper sketchbook first. I was not very satisfied with the result and I decided to try it digitally. But the result is ...weird..as discussed with my fellow artists on the hangout.

Kind of different in comparison to my other works. Maye it´s because the reference.

Here comes the result of experiment digital sketching session. Was trying to apply process similar to Aaron Griffin. A lot of messy color splashes around the canvas at the beginning and some detailing later. I like the impressionistic/abstract look...
Will try to use this process more often ...

Happy New Year!
Here comes first picture in 2019. I'm still playing and experimenting with my new tablet and it''s really fun, so I can't stop... :)
So this is how the picture with this Red hair beauty was created... hopefully this year will be more productive and nice pictures will be coming more often...
